PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

NEOPROOF RC 234 is a modified  U. V. resistant clear  lacquer to be applied over elastomeric liquid Black membrane coatings for extra durability, gloss, dust/dirt and water repellency. This product is just a protective coating and does not have any waterproofing property. It only protects pre applied membrane coating from immediate / short term damage.

APPLICATION AREA

Ideal for coating over NEOPROOF liquid membranes of white base. Finds use in areas where in protection is required from dust built up and UV.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Liquid membrane coated surface should be clean free of dirt, gravel, dust and uncured material. Coating should have been properly cured.

METHOD OF USE

Apply by brushes or airless spray equipment.  Normally single coat is sufficient but if required you can put 2 coats. Allow curing of each coat (approx  1 hr) before applying next coat. The product is ready to use and is to be used as it is.

COVERAGE

Approximate coverage is around 60 – 80 sq. ft per kg per coat. Coverage will be higher if spraying method is used.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE                                                      

Shelf life is 12 months in unopened container.  Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30^oC.

CLEANING:  Clean tools with water. For hand use a hand cleaner/water followed by soap.

PACKING: NEOPROOF RC 234 is available in 20 kg Pail / 200 kg Barrels
