PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

NEO FLOOR SLT-PU is two components aliphatic polyurethane based UV and weather resistant coating. This provides excellent weather resistance, hard wearing, chemical resistant and light stability. It is films are hard and display good solvent and gasoline resistance.

Chemical resistance

Excellent resistance is observed against distilled water, detergent solutions, alkalies and acids. Chemical spillages should always be wiped up as quickly as possible and not be allowed to concentrate up by evaporation. The data on the list of the chemicals found resistant to this product during our lab study is available on request.

Directions to use

Surface Preparation

·         Before primer application Prepare the surface by mechanical grinding or other suitable method. Remove old painting using surface grinder.

·         Remove dust, oil, grease, flakes or other foreign particles by sand – short blasting, brush or compressed air.

·         For best bonding on concrete surface must be slightly textured.

·         Ensure that concrete must be cured at least 28 days and moisture content is below  4 -  5%. Moisture test is conducted by moisture meter or plastic sheet method. Allow it to dry before priming.

Apply NEO FLOOR P as prime coat. Allow to cure for 5-6 hours. Ensure that the surface is free from all porosities. Mixed NEO FLOOR SLT PU resin and hardener in the pre weighed ratio by under stirrer. Apply By Brush/ By conventional Spray/ By Airless Spray on primed surface. Allow to cure for a minimum 48 hours before the trafficking is commenced.

Packaging

NEO FLOOR SLT -PU is available in pre-weighed kits and has a maximum shelf life of 12 months in the un- opened containers

Storage and handling

The product should be stored in accordance with national regulations. It should be kept in a cool, well ventilated area, away from heat, direct sunlight, sparks and children. Handle with care. Mix resin and hardener as per the ratio. Use the mix solution within the pot life time
